"Terrible service. I always place special orders, and they get it wrong approximately 9 out of 10 times. They are often out of various products. The lobby is usually dirty due to understaffing and no floor person. The staff is usually nice enough, though it is difficult to get the attention of a human at this location. The kiosks are glitchy, which is surprising for such a large corporation. I would expect they could at least get the automation right."
"Drive through is always packed, and if they do manage to get my order right they always give me 1 sauce to my 10 nugget if any at all. Fries are not even full anymore. Moldy food also."
"Please fix the drive thru and service at this location. Ordered two meals. One with medium fries and one with large. There were as many fries in the large as in the medium. Not to count that we had to pull around for our food and then it was dropped with us and the girl left. Didn't wait to see if our order was accurate. With paying as much as we do for fast food, quality and quantity should be better."
