You own multiple Papa John’s! Atleast call the employees to see if they’re gonna get their job back! Or let them know what’s happening or when the store is gonna open again! Hell you own multiple Papa John’s stores why not Atleast give them part time at one of your stores so they’re not struggling to much till the Sahuarita Papa John’s opens again!! "I need to express how wonderful the staff working here truly is! My boyfriend placed an order online at closing I found out for delivery!! I work food service. This is totally unacceptable!! He was a total jerk by the way I found out!! But this young lady who was a manager went above and beyond!! I work late and my son had a sleep over he was trying to figure your things out late! And thanks to your most amazing staff they still delivered the order! I can’t praise a nicer customer service experience because they did go way above beyond!!! This is what makes a great place run and be successful people that go above and beyond and they did!! And I THANK YOU!!!!!! I hope this reaches who needs to see it!! Thank you again"

"Long time customer and probably Last time. (Since this isn't the 1st issue in the last couple months) Ordered last night (12/16) early online for later delivery - 2 1/2 hrs after at 6pm. Got text @6:05 pm it was on its way. By 6:30pm, nothing. Called and spoke to a gentleman that said it didn't matter we ordered early. They didn't get the order till 5:30. Then said it didn't matter we received a text at 6:05. The order didn't really leave but 20 minutes ago. We said it would be cold. Finally he just spouted out he'd refund our meal. We didn't Want a refund. We wanted our dinner delivered on time and hot. No apology. Extremely Rude and unpleasant. Practically yelling at us. Our order arrived about 10 minutes later. Food was cold.
