"As a person that prefers Dunkin over any other competition. This place is great, but it can get hectic at times. I've had orders messed up, and since I am usually just passing through to go to another city; there is really no chance to go correct the mistake."
"Burnt both my avocado toast and the cheese on my cheese wrap ( and they were BLACK!).. They intentionally tried to hide the black side under the avocado spread. Because I took two bites out of the cheese wrap, they refused to refund me. I didn't realize it was burnt until the 2nd bite tasted off, and I spit it out. Why should I have to pay for burnt food.. seriously?! They have lost my business completely. Will not be back, and I will be sharing on social media about this."

"Probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The service is slow and the workers are always just standing around like they have nothing to do, meanwhile the drive through line is round the block. Nobody ever knows what your order is and god forbid you ask them about your order after you’ve been waiting 25 minutes…. You’ll get an attitude like how dare we the customer expect good customer service."
