"I have been in this industry for practically twenty years. I haven't met managers as incompetent as Colin or as smug as Josh. Their lackadaisical approach to enforcing lease agreements or holding their vendors accountable could be described as "ignorant at best." The perfect microcosm for this is that they allowed their flooring guys to leave soiled carpet in proximity to my front door and vehicles for over sixty hours. This carpet was lived on by six people and three dogs, in a small space, for over seven years. Did they have their flooring guys remove it? No. Did they offer an explanation or apology? No. I had to berate the contractor to clean up his mess. Meaning, I did their job for them. And there is still garbage! They can't be bothered to double check. Really shows how much they care! I have friends that are regional supervisors, property managers, and maintenance supervisors. They have all reassured me that I'm not crazy for expecting Ecospace to do a reasonable job. The reigning question is "how do they have jobs?". It's 50/50 on whether they failed upwards or nepotism. If you want a company that maybe cares about your property. That maybe cares to uphold HOA guidelines. Then maybe Ecospace is right for you!"
