"I can not believe after 7 years I have not left a review for Ashley and dollys grooming! Absolutely amazing! My pup gets excited 5 blocks away realizing where she is going. I love that chubba isn't in a kennel all day, shes active, interacting with other dogs. Ashley and the staff are Amazing! If there is something I missed or didn't know they let me know she has an ear problem or seemed off at all. They are the best and love all the cuts she gets. Believe me I fall off schedule with keeping my poodle mix cut, trimmed and groomed properly. Especially with the summer activities she enjoys and the winter months as well. I have never had an issue and the way my dog reacts when we arrive let's me know it's her favorite experience with out me with her. I could not recommend more! Also for the other comments on cost and booked out... they are booked out cause they are Amazing! They can't quote you for your dog until they see how well YOU have taken care of them and thier grooming needs. I seriously have felt more comfortable with bringing my dog there than leaving her with family. 100% best in the valley! Thank you Ashley and staff, you are the best!!"

"My Westie who usually hates the groomers and has a hard time getting along with nuggets dogs had a great time and haircut at Dolly’s. Their calm energy was just was he needed to be tamed. I came in for a winter cleanup and they did a wonderful job. When I returned he was playing with the other dogs that were waiting to be groomed or picked up and I could tell he had a great time. I will be returning for sure for his classic Westie cut when the weather warms up. I highly recommended giving them a try and my dog Elliot gives them one wagging tail and two paws up :p"

"These ladies are AWESOME!!!! I have a 13 year old rescue with incredibly long nails & they loved on her and got them all fixed up. Thank you so so much for being so good to sweet Abby!!!! I highly recommend Dolly's Salon for any doggy!! UPDATE - I brought her in for a groom and they did an absolutely wonderful job! She looks and feels good!!! Thank you so much for being so centered and filled with so much love for the dogs you take care of! It shows!!!"

"We took our puppy here for his first ever groom today and we couldn't be happier. The girls did AMAZING with him and he hardly wanted to leave. This is for sure our home groomer and we are so grateful to have found them. They are communicative and so happy to work with you. Thank you so much!"

"I never write negative reviews but I was so blown away by the horrible customer service, I felt it was necessary. I am dog siting a golden retriever named Scout that has gone to Dolly's in the past to get groomed. She had an appointment today and when I brought her in I discovered that they let their dogs run loose, which is totally fine, but this dog gets quite nervous and fearful when around other dogs. Of course this not being my dog I wasn't sure what the protocols were the last time she had come in. The women working was totally bewildred looking, was not willing to look up what they did the last time she was here and simply said "we groom a lot of dogs here so I don't know" and just shunned me away. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years I was totally okay with not getting the dog groomed if it was going to cause issues but the way she handled the situation was not only bizarre but extremely unprofessional...maybe it was her first day. UPDATE: After speaking with the owner upon his return from his backpacking trip it turns out Scout the pup is a regular at Dolly's who comes a few times a year. The women at Dolly's also tried telling me they hadn't seen Scout since 2016 which is a lie because Scout was not born until August of 2017. Unfortunately we will not be returning."
