"Lady that works there is short tempered, rude, and very dismissive. Looks for reasons to chase you off or charge you double, heard nothing but her anger at dogs while they yelped and cried in the background my entire visit. She hates if you choose to wash your own dog before you bring them in instead of paying her to do it. Staff has confirmed this with me and says she’s not kind to those who don’t wash their dog there and hate those who do it at home first instead of paying her. Not a friendly place and not somewhere I will take my loved pets ever again. Lose that lady and this could be awesome place. But will never return as long as she is employed there."
