"Ashley was super to be my groomer. I don't know if she is the owner or just an employee. I had an appointment today for 2 p.m and she was supposed to text me the address when I made the appointment.. I called when I was on my way to the appointment only to be told that she was at the groomers in Star and that it would be about an hour so I did a couple of errands. Ashley finally contacted me after I sent her yet another text to tell me that she could schedule an appointment for sometime this weekend. I said that would be fine and asked when and what time. She told me that she could get me in on Saturday at eleven if I wanted to drive to the star location which I texted back and said I couldn't to let me know when she could schedule me at the Boise location. 5 hours later I finally decided to text her and I told her that it didn't appear that she wanted my business because this was twice now dealing with Ashley that I've been put off and convinced. She texted me back and gave a bunch of excuses and said that she didn't think we could do business. WOW, I've never experienced this kind of treatment from a business owner when I'm the one trying to give her my business I will be contacting BBB MONDAY"

"We are first time customers to TLC. When our long time groomer hung up the clippers we frantically searched for a replacement. We were referred to TLC by a woman with a rescue dog that was extremely skittish. I scheduled an appointment for Lola (Chihuahua/Jack Russell) and Griffin (Maltese/Yorkie). Cathy did an amazing job with them! They were way overdue and looking a bit rough. We loved everything about our experience with TLC. Tiffany was pleasant and professional. Cathy was so sweet and loving to our dogs. She is so good-natured that my normally shy 3 year old gave her a hug and let her pick him up. At pickup we immediately scheduled another appointment. We live in Meridian so it's a little out of the way. Regardless, we found a gem and that makes it worth the drive. Thank you Tiffany and Cathy!"
