"Well I can't write a review based on their service because they never seem to be open. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get my dogs nails trimmed. First they didn't return my phone call, I waited a week and then came at 4:45 last Friday, they were closed. I tried to call today before driving here and again no one answered the phone. I assume they were busy, so I drove here at 4:00, once again they are closed. Won't be wasting my time further."

"I've never been treated so badly at a groomers b4. The woman at the desk is very unkind and uncaring, I hate the idea that she is even AROUND dogs, who are just so wonderful, when she's full of such contempt and anger at the world. My Dad passed away 10 days ago, and my Mom dropped off my dog to be groomed today because she needed it so badly, and when I went to pick her up the lady was scowling at me with this evil look and said it's 95 dollars! I asked her..wait why is it so much? It was $65 last I came here with her a few months ago..(actually it mightve been $55 now that i think about it more) and she said well the prices went up by 10 but she's charging an extra 20 dollars because my mom dropped her off at 115 instead of 1pm. i couldn't believe it. Nobody told us this and it was a miracle we even were able to do this for my dog right now at all, i wouldve thought it was a bad joke if she didnt have such a mean look on her face. scary woman. I told her I'm sorry but my dad just passed away and this is basically the first time I've even been out of the house, just to do this for my dog, i haven't worked, haven't seen or talked to friends or family, I didn't even go to Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I haven't even been able to get dressed or shower . and the first time I force myself to do ANYTHING I encounter someone so heartless just wanting more money without anything like "I'm sorry for your loss" or "well u didn't know this but in the future we will have to charge a late fee if shes dropped off at all late". We didnt get that. we got no compassion, no human kindness or decency at all. I was actually crying i was so shocked ..to be basically treated like garbage when I was barely able to even go do this today. she actually laughed at me. and as I'm leaving with my dog she calls behind me "well goodbye!" mockingly. I told her yes goodbye for the last time because I will NEVER bring any dog here again. this woman should not even work with people and definitely shouldn't work with dogs who should ONLY be around kind people. I'm finding a new and better place and I suggest anyone else does so too. it is not worth the risk having your precious baby around such a cruel person. and i can only hope the groomers are not cruel like that woman is. .I will not be back and I definitely do not recommend them. ps, in my dog's 15 and a half yrs, I have NEVER been charged more than 65 for a grooming either. Update, I have read the twisted response by the owner and Im so disappointed that she shows she doesnt really care about a customers experience and instead just wants to justify what I assure you was TERRIBLE treatment, that had me driving home crying over it. No wonder this business gets like one review a year, that shouldve been enough to stay away, and SERIOUSLY, to try and insult my elderly dog who mattes very easily and quickly and has always had to be shaved when she is groomed for her entire life? That is just LOW, and I'm sad to see that customer satisfaction and just human kindness are so low on the list of important things for this business. I had nothing bad to say about my experience scheduling the appointments, and when i rescheduled because of my family tragedy I did it way in advance also. And I'm NOT a liar, ty very much. I didn't even mention in the review how depressed my dog is tonight after going to them, or how badly the groom looks. Which are true. But I did tell 100% the truth of what happened and a business trying to gaslight customers? That's beyond red flag worthy. My dog had a complete physical and checkup and her bordatella shot on saturday and she was listed in "ideal" condition by the vet, and she even went on and on about how i obviously take very good care of her and they are impressed by her great health at this age of 15. So that weird little insult barrage on my dog ..sorry, doesnt check out for being a kind dog loving person and certainly doesnt check out for being the TRUTH. BUT, It's good to know how much (or how little) a business cares about how customers are treated. Well done."

"I used to take one of my cats here a long time ago but stopped going because of how unpredictable the cat I had at the time was with people (I didn't want her to hurt herself or them). I have two new cats now, and recently, I have been reading their reviews and seen so many people satisfied with their cat grooming that I decided to check them out again for nail trims for the kitties I have now. I did a walk-in, didn't even need an appointment for a nail trim. The lady who did the trims (can't remember her name) was so gentle and patient with my cats. They were super skittish and wiggly, and she was able to find ways of maneuvering them into a good position where they couldn't get away from her but where they also wouldn't be injured as she was doing the nail trims. I think this is the gentlest I've ever seen anyone be with them during a nail trim. I felt absolutely confident in her abilities and genuinely appreciated her handling of my fur babies. You have definitely made one happy customer! I will absolutely be back every month for all their future nail trims, as well as with any future pets I have!"

"After searching high and low, we finally found the perfect place a to get our kitty groomed! She had a wonderful spa day with Bark R Boutique. We will not be going anywhere else due to the incredible job they did with our Princess Rosie. The staff was friendly and on-time. We couldn’t be happier!"
