Walmart Pharmacy

"Maddy was so rude to me when I called to ask if my doctor sent my ADHD medication, would you have it in stock. We understand these shortages aren’t the pharmacy’s fault, but when you treat us like druggies to just get our prescription filled it’s so out of line and cruel. Maddy on 3/6/2024 at 5:30 pm was so rude. WE DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR STOCK LEVEL, we just need a yes or no if you’ll actually fill it before we get our doctor to send our prescription over. Otherwise ya’all need to transfer them anyway, so why be rude to us?"

"Erin,Jeff,Chris and the rest of the staff take care of all issues for me. I name what I need assistance with..shots, prescriptions or just taking the time to be pleasant and helpful. I cannot imagine if they had to tolerate customers like me all day, everyday. Thank you all."

"I’ve been using a Walmart Pharmacy for years in another location with no problem and recently moved. Wow, what a change. They were never able to fill a very common med. I waiting for over a month of them telling me they would have it in the next 2 days every time I called. I went in to pick up a different script and asked them about an eta and the employee was extremely flippant and just said, “I don’t know, it will get here when it gets here.” I told her I only had 5 days left after waiting over a month, and it’s not a med you can just stop because I have to get my blood levels drawn and stay within a certain range or my thyroid gets messed up. She just stared at me and said, “I don’t know what to tell you. It’s not here.” Then dead-pan stared at me until I walked away. I finally called another pharmacy and they filled it that day. I transferred my whole file to the other pharmacy after that. Also, no drive-through pickup."

"Convenient location. You can drop off your prescription and do all your shopping while you're waiting for it to get filled. The people who work in the Walmart pharmacy are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They get to work on your prescription to get it ready for you quickly if you decide to wait for it. The prices are cheaper than some of the other local pharmacies which is a huge help. I use Walmart pharmacy to get my dogs medicine filled. We use the veterinary clinic at that same location for my 13 year old Pomeranian. Sometimes after the vet appointment we will need to get a medication filled for her and instead of taking her all the way back home and then going back to Walmart to get the medicine I will just take her into the store with me. The first time I expected to be stopped and told to take her outside but to my surprise they were very accommodating and friendly to her which I very much appreciated. They're all very nice and I'm considering transferring all of my personal prescriptions over to Walmart."

"The staff here are amazing!!! Even when low staffed they bring my autistic sons RX out to us. They follow up and are the best group of people taking care of your prescription needs!"
