"The employees are very nice, however the owner is absolutely rude if you try to ask her questions or insist on a cleaner area to wash your dog. She will ignore questions as well when you ask her for stuff. I like that you can wash your dog but really lady get a grip and learn some respectful responses. I would not go here again for sure! This lady is freaking crazy! She has no idea what she is talking about! DO NOT GO HERE! Thinking that I could use this facility but NOPE still bad place to go. No customer service"

"The groomer Cheryl is wonderful. She is always professional and timely. She is kind and gentle with the dogs. Cheryl is very skilled at grooming and does a great job. The facility is functional, clean, and cute. Their prices are reasonable. My whole extended family takes their dogs her. I would highly recommend Cheryl for grooming. The facility also offers do it your self doggy wash. K9 Wash N Go has several other groomers."
"They do such a great job on my chi's nails.. Always work us in quickly. Lets dad wait inside.. Use a soft collar instead of a muzzle. And cut him so well We go once every 2 months. They cut him Better than the vets. We Love them$"
