"Truly disappointed I went to this location Saturday the 18th and nobody was there at 5:20 PM on the website it clearly states they close at 6 PM if you want to close your store at 5:15 then maybe you should post it on your website so people don’t drive to your location if I could have given this place is zero I would have you’ve lost a customer, Follow-Up: I wanted to follow up to let you know that the Dirty Paws owner contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience that it caused me and gave me a $5.00 off my next wash coupon. I genuinely feel that she had no control over an employee leaving early. I do love the smell of their shampoos for my doggies. "I have always had a positive experience with Dirty Paws. The groomers and bathers are consistent, and provide nothing short of top quality service and results for Daytona. She is a known raspy (slightly dramatic) squealer, so knowing she is in good hands is relieving. Easy to book, reminder appointment calls, clean environment with an amazing staff. If you want it - they got it!"
