"This place has an incredible lack of attention to detail. My cat's breed was listed incorrectly on his records, he was labeled a siamese when he obviously was not and that is not the breed I told them he was. And when he died, in the sympathy card they sent his main dr didn't even sign it and someone on staff said he was "a good dog". And one time I brought him in for blood work when he was terminally ill and no one asked me about him or why I was concerned. I had to ask someone if I could share my concerns with them. There are good nurses on staff who are friendly and non-judgmental when it comes to pet care, but overall I feel like my cat wasn't truly cared for, I would not recommend this place for that reason."
"They have been great with me and my kids. I recently had to put my Lab Drake down and they took care of him with the upmost respect. They allowed me to grieve with him as long as I needed. I will continue to use these people and will welcome anyone to use them in the future."

"They're really nice and all but they are lacking in the scheduling department. I've scheduled several appointments that just didn't go through and the girls at the desk just do not seem to care about the inconvenience it causes the client. Theres no way for me to keep going to a place that blows off the appointment they set for me. I'm taking my cats elsewhere after 4 years of this place. Its pretty sad."
"We love Pet's First. The veterinarians are great and know Bailey, and that's what we were looking for when searching for a vet. We felt like just a number at another vet clinic in town. We don't live near the clinic anymore but are willing to drive here since they do such a great job:)"
