Boise OnTrac

"I'll start off by saying that if there was a minus zero rating the Boise branch of this company would deserve it. I ordered a TV from Best Buy and it was actually delivered a day early. The delivery guy (or gal) didn't knock or ring the bell. They simply dropped the TV off in front of the garage. So, here's a brand new large TV sitting in front of my garage for anyone driving by to see...oh, look, that house has a new TV!! If I hadn't noticed the delivery info on my phone, it would still be sitting there. A porch pirate would have loved that. I understand that sometimes drivers have no choice but to leave a package outside, but in this case, the driver didn't even try to see if anyone was home. Also can't get through to the company. Incredibly poor service. I would recommend skipping this company for deliveries."

"My contract delivery was supposed to be here on the 17th of the month. All of my Christmas presents got delayed somewhere out in the universe. Who knows? They won't give me a refund until the package reaches me which it still hasn't reached me and I doubt it will. I'm really tired of this. Dealing with this I wouldn't even give him one star if I had a choice"

"What a joke of a company. I ordered wheels and tires, they delivered 3 of them on time. Still waiting for the 4th one 4 days later. They all shipped together. I get told delivery will be the next day, then it just keeps updating and getting pushed. They tried to tell me it was a weather delay that's causing it to sit at the local hub. When I informed them of the absolute zero precipitation in any form and 50 degree weather here, then it became that they had too many packages in my area. Customer service is a joke. They won't let me pick it up, and just keep saying we will deliver as soon as possible. I hope this company goes bankrupt, let's leave logistics to the professionals."

"Update: I contacted OnTrac via their SMS “customer service” I was told that they are “looking into the issue” and I will have an update on my tracking within two business days. That does not solve my order. I told them at this point my package needs to be delivered in two business days. Or I will be coming down to the warehouse to pick it up. I was informed they “no longer offering customer pickups” and that I will have to contact the seller to resolve things. This is NOT the sellers issue. This issue is 100% ontracs fault. Seeing as these yelp reviews have been the same issues for 8 years this company has no intentions of fixing anything. They then deflected the rest of the conversation and said this has been documented have a good day. Zero solutions from customer service. The ontrac customer service is an absolute joke, at this point I don't even think it's real. I sent in a inquiry about my package that has been on the "arriving today" status for the past 2 weeks. To only receive the has been delayed and will be delivered tomorrow status at the end of each day. This is not the first time ontrac has not delivered my package. Seeing the other reviews I'm not sure how they are still in business. I have also let Walmart know that this is happening and was told higher ups will be notified of this issue to prevent it from happening again. From here on out, if any of my shipments are to be sent by ontrac they will be cancelled. I will be contacting ontrac today about my order, I'm sure I will be adding to this review after that encounter."

"4 Packages are saying Failed Attempt to a business and no actual attempts have been made. There is no way to contact the company, I have email with no response, texted with no response and contact the company that shipped and they don't have answers. This company is holding hundreds of dollars in inventory for me and I am loosing money every day that they have my packages. I have had to pay for a new order and have it sent USP (a company that I know will deliver and I can contact if they don't). This company is a joke and I will never ship with them again!"
