"My baby reptile died in their custody, supposed to be shipped overnight to be delivered by 12 at the LATEST. We fought with fed ex for 7 hours till finally it was escalated to a manager that in less then ten min got ahold of a person where she was being held and able to release her to us. But it was too late for my new baby. She didn’t even make it home. I don’t know why her life didn’t matter? Cause she was a reptile? Cause I feel like if was a dog it would be on the news!"
