"They dropped my package off with a third party carrier who somehow lost it. Then when I ordered a replacement package, they left it with the same carrier who lost it again. That is on top of the fact that they held onto my packages for long enough that both missed the delivery days. And there isn't anywhere to submit a lost package claim on the website, you are forced to talk to the worst chat bot I have ever seen, that leads you in circles before finally transferring you to a "real person". And they weren't any help at all. Use the postal service, UPS, or FedEX instead like a normal person and not this laughing stock of a company."

"My word these guys are a joke. My package was there for 4 days straight. I ordered 2 separate packages, one coming from Ohio and the other from California. DHL was the carrier for the California one. USPS for the Ohio one. USPS package arrived way quicker. DHL IS A JOKE!"

"Wow, the manager of this store wreaked of pot! Entire store smelled so I told him and he was so loaded he just laughed. He was late to arrive and open, he parked in the customer spot and left a trail scent from his car all the way into the store. Who is this person? I would think that the Postal Annex Company should know how he is representing to the customers on their behalf."
