"its the 23rd. Fed ex says unable to deliver business closed. I live in a building with automatic open doors 24/7 365 days a week. My kids dont get xmas cause a dirtbag driver wont get out of his truck and allow the auto doors to open with 30 feet wide of a walk way to my door. worst service ever. I hate this compnay for what they did this year. horrible horrible the guy should be fired . 2 days before xmas i mean jesus why"

"If I could give this place a -100 star review I would. After the delivery driver refused to even try to deliver the package, ditzy customer service people telling us to "just be home" when we already had been, and absolutely no accountability with anyone we could talk to, the package was finally held here. Arrived, no person to talk to, had to call on a phone that rang for over 10 minutes before it hung up on us again, and we had to start the whole process over, someone finally answered. Should have had our package 5 days ago, but no, we have it today. I hope all the people who contributed to this massive headache have every minor inconvenience possible happen to them non stop for at least a month. To the guy who actually got us our package: you were the only good one."

"WHAT IS YOUR BUISNESS MOTO?? "WE JUST LEAVE IT ON A DOORSTEP" I would like to give you 0stars but the system won't allow it... I'm in Boise and one of your divers stole my package. He was in front of my house during the delivery window 1:30pm . I have video recording from my security camera's. The driver did not even get out of the truck. He sat in the truck for a minute then drove away. AT 5:32 i get an email confirmation of delivery... NOT AT MY ADDRESS. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRABLE AT BEST. HOW IS SOMEONE WHO BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH SUPPOSED TO HELP ME WHEN HE MOST LIKELY DOESN'T EVEN LIVE IN AMERICA??? I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS EVERY PACKAGE THAT IS DELIVERED BY FEDEX.. THINK YOU CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO A MANAGER HAHA WHAT A JOKE.. HOW ARE YOU AS A COMPANY STILL IN BUISNESS? YOUR DRIVERS DON'T EVEN TAKE A PICTURE OF THE DOORSTEP THEY LEAVE IT AT.. TEMU EVEN DOES THAT!!!!!!!! YET YOU WANT TO CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG TO SHIP STUFF JUST TO PAY YOUR GARBAGE DELIVERY DRIVERS 90K A YEAR??? TO DO WHAT? LOOSE AND STEAL PACKAGES????"

"Since when do the drivers leave a package outside of a business when it's open? Why is the proof of delivery just a signature that the driver can sign themselves? Proof of delivery should include a photo so we know where the package was left. And last of all, when a missing package claim is open, why can't they ask the driver if they recall where it was left?"

"Any company with a business model that makes the USPS seem like a competent and efficient business is comical at best. Only FedEx could manage to ship a package with an origin 3 hours from its destination 3 states away turning the “two day” shipping into 7+ day shipping. It’s truly pathetic and it seems I am not the only one to form this opinion. Customer service is awful, and accomplishes nothing. Furthermore, it’s blatantly obvious that FedEx has taken steps to keep you from the areas of their online and over the phone resources that could bring resolution. I’m not sure how this business is still operating when in the private sector there are many competitors that provide the same service at a comparable cost and tenfold the quality. I realize nothing will come of this review, I just wish I could give a negative star review as 1 star signifies some merit or worth. My only hope is vendors will wise up and stop electing to use such an unprofessional company for their shipping needs."
