"My company contracted with Pilot Delivers out of Boise for a large lab consolidation project. We received stellar service from Ken, Richard, Andy and Sergey. This lab consolidation was a huge project and they were fantastic from beginning to end. I appreciated the humor and lightness they brought to the move despite the enormity of the task. They really were a great team to work with and they did a phenomenal job."

"I was not home when they made their delivery, my son was. One of my boxes was extremely damaged. Afraid to open to see if anything is missing. Also, they left a pallet in my yard, they said they couldn't take it back and we had to deal with it! What the heck? Gonna keep to make a bird house or something I guess. Very unprofessional."

"Had an appointment between 10am-2PM and no one showed up.when on hold for 45 minutes to try and figure out where they are because I need to be here to get confirmation.didnt even get to talk to a human and the call just ended after 45min for what was supposed to be a 10 minute wait time. It is now 3:21 and still nothing.yall had a 4 hour "SCHEDULED WINDOW" to get your job done. no call no email nothing. Cant get ahold of anyone or nothing. This is horrible service"

"Awful do not ship with these people. If I could I would give them a zero star. We ordered a bed and they got the phone number wrong after we told them. The bed was suppose to come Thursday but it never came. It’s now Saturday the bed was suppose to be here in between 10 and 4 the bed will not be here now until 4 to 5. I wanted to go to a football game but because of the bed we couldn’t. Turns out we could have. So frustrating. Don’t use this company."

"I ordered a $600 barbeque that was being shipped by pilot. Due to the holidays it was schedule to be delivered January 6th. December 28th received an email from Amazon that it had been delivered. Since it was a gift, I called my in-laws to confirm they received it, they hadn't and there was no signage to alert then of a second attempt and there was definitely no large box left. I pulled up the tracking information directly from the pilot website and see notes that they attempted to contact me without success, but also that it had been delivered. I assumed it was a simple error and decided I would wait until the original delivery date. That date cake and nothing so I contacted customer service and was places on hold so they could contact the local office (Boise, ID). The gentleman got back on the phone and told me they were going to check and see if it was left on the freight dock and would be calling me back. I confirmed my contact info, since they couldn't each me prior and everything was correct. A week went by and nothing. I contacted them again and was told this time that it was indeed delivered and signed for December 28th by the person I shipped it to. I told them that I confirmed with my in-laws that they never signed for it and was asked if it could be at their neighbors, after they already said they delivered it to the intended recipient, but would look into it and be in touch. Another week passes with nothing. I contact them again and was told that they are requesting the proof of delivery and would be getting a call back. I explained that I have yet to receive one of those calls and the lady assured me someone would be calling. 2 weeks pass this time with zero contact! Today, January 25th, my mother in law texts me to say it had been delivered! It's about dam time! She also said that they didn't even ask for a signature! I understand things happen and get delayed. My issue is, there was documentation they couldn't reach me on the number they had, yet I never missed a call, the fact that I called numerous times and promised to be contacted and wasn't. The fact that the BBQ didn't require a signature in the first place, made me question why they stated they had a POD slip signed by my father in law. Or the fact that they asked ME if it was at one of their neighbors! Um, you folks "delivered" it, you tell me! I do not blame the weather, or the company it self, but I think a couple employee reviews are in order and some follow up should be done regarding the current "customer service" process and the "follow up". I should have saved the tracking notes each time I checked, because the original updates have been removed and replaced with different updates. I will not recommend this business for any shipping needs at this time."
