"Update: they did finally fix it (5 months later) so updated review. I have a cracked seal in my washing machine that is full of mold and impossible to clean. I have been waiting 6 months for them to fix it and using friends laundry. Hopefully a negative review inspires them to make the changes or give me a replacement washer. I get supply chain issues but 6 months is just too much. ..Otherwise it's been decent. Some cheap build issues and weird lighting but that's my only real complaint. Great location, decent pool and gym."

"Very slow fulfilling work request. I have even had a few times where they just deleted the request. Had a leak and they asked for pictures and refused to do anything when I told them that it was just a puddle forming on the window sill they refused to do anything to fix it. Almost every door has some kind of problem with it, including the fence gates. The garage gate has been out of service for has been broken constantly constantly ever since July. Security is bad, people have had their bikes stolen, cars rifled through, and a neighbor told me that maintenance had their equipment stolen. The gym is nice but getting to it can be a pain if they lock the outside doors because the door nearest the gym has had a broken fob scanner since I started going. The coffee machine is very nice and they have upgraded it multiple times to meet the demand. The room itself is good, I wish it had more ceiling lights and it is weird that they wanted to charge to install certain ceiling lights. We ended up buying and installing out own. Lots of walls aren't square with each other and we have minor leaks in the windows that we tried to have to fixed to no avail. Water pressure is good. Wifi is is placed at the far end of the apartment, good near the modem but the living room can struggle to get a good connection and the den barely gets anything. Staff is friendly though not always helpful. The pool was nice. It is nice that they pick the garbage up at the door five days a week. The garbage juice stains through out the hall not so much. Its location is good, close to the WW1 museum and crown center, and it is walkable to power and light district and union station. Price was good at $1600 per month for a two bedroom two bath plus a den."
