"I bought a BMS premium 125. One week of having it the throttle cable snap from Poor design. I took it in to get fixed and the owner proceeded to tell me his mechanic was not working. So he said he would call me when the mechanic was in because he knew where the cables were. I never got a call. I proceeded to call them a handful of times and got the same response from there out. The exact same thing happened with my brother. If you buy anything from here, make sure you go through the drive train and tighten everything down. You think it’s a plus because it’s affordable but your kids will become absolutely Saddened and disgusted with the bike and all the problems it will have from odyssey just slapping it together. The Bike on the Internet sells for about $1000 less and you can put it together proper. Odyssey thinks gouging the price for an hour of labor and putting the bike together poorly is acceptable."

"The office staff is Amazing!!! The owner, however, doesn't know the meaning of client service. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I needed a document from a prior purchase. About a 10 minute task. Not only did he tell me I had to find information for him which he had at the dealership, but I spent over 8 hours trying to track it down for him to turn around and charge me $55 as a fee for his 10 minutes of labor. If you buy something here and need anything after, just know he will go out of his way to make things difficult while additionally belittling and bullying you!"
