"ZERO STARS Very slow. Very low energy. Very lazy. Can be rude & disrespectful at times. They are liars. They tell you it will be ready at a certain time, but you come to pick up, they tell you there's nothing for that person at all. Struggle & fail to fill prescriptions, unless threatened with a lawsuit, bc they know that will cost them their good paying job. Not bc they care about the customers. I'm switching ASAP, & I highly advise you avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Worse pharmacy in town, if not the state or country!"
"I’m always happy with the service I’ve gotten my Covid shot here and I’ve had my prescriptions here for a very long time and I’ve constantly had helpful and easy to work with staff. If ever, there’s a time that they do not have stock of my prescription I always been able to call them and ask if they know where I could locate that prescription and they’re always helpful in finding it. Very knowledgeable staff when it comes to over-the-counter or anything I might need to ask regarding my children and what is best to get them and I never have to wait a long time. The online side of things makes it so much easier to request refills when necessary there’s the rare occasion that contacting via phone can be difficult, but just like any business there’s gonna be times in which they get busy. Even if that happens the nice greeting after the wait makes up for anything on the down side."
