"The pharmacists and techs, when there, are excellent and friendly despite how constantly busy they are. Part of the reason they are so busy, is the pharmacy is closed (seemingly at random) because they have staff shortages and they won't have a pharmacists at all on those days, which means no meds for you. They don't usually say they are closed for the day online, either, so you drive there to pick up prescriptions that are ready, only to find out you can't get them that day. This is a dangerous situation for people with medication that is needed for severe health issues. The corporate branch of this Walgreens needs to get their act together, and raise pay and offer better benefits, or whatever it takes to get more pharmacists, as they are absolutely an essential service."
"Terrible establishment. My doctors office sent my prescriptions in multiple times, but they apparently didn't get them. Multiple times when calling for refills with them, they'll say my prescriptions will be ready in an hour, but when I stop in multiple hours later, they're never ready. Good luck in the drive thru as well, it takes them forever. Also plan on going through the drive thru a few times because they'll forget to put one of your prescriptions in the bag. This has happened to myself and my wife. Essentially, they're a joke and corporate should get involved."
"Like others have said before the pharmacy is randomly closed during "business hours" or a pharmacist isn't on duty and they can't not give out prescriptions. The app used to be awesome to fill prescriptions but with no one working in the pharmacy it's also been useless. Save yourself time and maybe even your life and take your prescriptions somewhere else."
"If you want to be able to get your prescriptions, don't go to this Walgreens. The pharmacy has been randomly closed, with no way to refill or pick up prescriptions. Obviously not a good situation when you can't get needed medications."
"They are very nice…but I picked up an epipen jr for my daughter for school. Once I got home, I realized the expiration date is 5 months away. I called and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Insurance won’t cover another one that soon and that’s not long enough to last her until the summer when school gets out. Be sure to check dates before you leave!"
