Rollerdrome Skating Rink

"Great employees, great pricing, wonderful experience here. I love how much they pay attention to the kids on the rink. I really wish they had those skating assistance things for the younger kids still though. I am disabled and can't help my husband assist my child to skate which made it hard for her (and him) to enjoy skating as much as she should have been able to. I understand that some kids were abusing the use of them as we were told by staff but there should just simply be stricter allowances on them. Only parents should be allowed to rent them, and if they are misused by someone, they should get a temporary ban the first time and maybe a permanent one the second time or something like that. Please rethink this! Also, water bottles should be allowed to be brought in but only consumed off of the rink, obviously. No other drinks should be allowed as I understand their snack bar should be able to make money. Water, though, is a necessity, especially while doing an activity like that, and drinking fountains are just nasty. But otherwise my family had a great experience here and love the staff. Keep it up guys! We will be back!"

"We go here all the time this place is awesome. Most locals don’t even know that it’s still open but it is, with its beautiful original floors. They play games and have music and lights it’s a blast from the past. You can’t bring in water though. They have a concession stand and a water fountain you can use, but it has to stay in the snack bar area. Oh and some thing I thought was really cool, was they let parents with little babies skate with their babies in the stroller! So everyone can have fun here :)"

"Such a classic and joyous place, the place of business has been here before I was born and to this day it stands. I have childhood memories here, pre teen memories here, teen memories here and adult memories here. Now as an adult I’m excited to say I bring my children here! Bad reviews can be warranted however in my experience here they’ve always put their customers first and ensured an amazing and again a classic experience! I could go on but just know that this is an amazing skating rink and a MUST GO location if you are ever in the area or even for residence of the Nampa area who have never been. Thank you Rollerdrome for helping me creating such wonderful memories with my family and creating an environment that provides such nostalgia by not changing the design, much love!!!"

"READ! I spent 13$ per person to get in… everything was going great till after u skate and ask for water. A BASIC NEED WHILE SKATING.They were out of bottle water and when I ask for a cup of water, I got charged for a soda to get a water. Not my fault you’re out of bottle water. Also out of lids and straws.YOU GET A CUP (24oz) tap water no lid. Then mins later a women from the staff had a bottle water for her. I asked “why she have a bottle of water to the lady at the concession stand who charged me 4$ for a cup of water. She replied she’s not supposed to.” scamming people. They could easily go to a store for a case of water or stock up at cash in carry. Up charging to the fullest . Sneak in everything. I don’t drink out of kid water fountains, You could have went and got water or actually charged me for a water not a soda for a water because YOU were out. Not my fault.. I bet your getting water next time because lots of people agree.."
