Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"Where shall I begin...I ordered online to have my order ready at 5 PM. Before leaving to pickup my order I double checked online to see a status of "Completed" & went to pickup my order. I got there at 5:10 PM...my order was NOT ready as a matter of fact I was told by an employee- Marianna that it would be a few minutes. About 15 minutes of waiting another employee pulled my order out of the fridge (it was ready, however, Marianna couldn't be bothered to check she was too busy helping people that WALKED in to order. In other words I NEVER should've had to wait. Needless to say I will be calling a Manager tomorrow AM!"

"Ordered pizza at the store along with monkey bread and salad. Young girl hands me my pizza and nothing else. I had to ask for my salad and bread. Then she didn't give me the extra sauce that I ordered or the sauce that comes with the money bread. So I got home with only 2 instead of 3 sauces. I also observed the young boy that was working go around moving soda bottles with his gloves on and then went back to making pizza. We probably will never go back to this one! This also is not the first time we have had issues at this location!"

"This place is disgusting. Pictures are of the dumpster and of the general manger standing in front of the dumpster taking a break and not caring about the trash literally thrown all over the parking lot. The food trash being thrown around is causing a rat problem to the neighboring businesses. I talked to the manager Raul and he didn't care. I would not get pizza from this place, disgusting!!"

"I love this location and come often but the girl who was working on Sunday, Oct. 22 was absolutely rude. I called two hours ahead of time and ordered three pizzas. She quoted me forty five minutes. When I arrived she didn’t even have them done. When questioned why they were not ready she sounded exasperated and exclaimed “there is only two of us”. Management either needs to change this, change how pizza orders are made during high service times or needs to discuss customer service with some of their employees."

"I just had surgery and am trying to feed all of my kiddos supper. I ordered the Family Special: 1 cowboy pizza, 1 pepperoni pizza, and 2 sides. I had my Dad pick it up and drop it off for us. When it got here, there were 2 cowboy pizzas. I called and asked for a credit on my account for the pizza that I paid for and did not receive. The Assistant Manager told me, they don't do that anymore. He'd give me a $3 coupon credit. When I asked to speak to his manager, he became belligerent and rude. He ended the wonderful service by hanging up on me when I asked for his name. We use to swear by Papa Murphys, but this is the fourth problem I've had with an order that went unrectified. This is the last pizza we will get."
