"Service sucks because they can't retain employees. There are new employees every time I go in. Try paying them more so you can retain some decent employees. A few times it was closed because there weren't enough people to even open the store lol."

"Ionya, the person who assisted me was ABSOLUTELY horrible. She had glared at me for no apparent reason and it was hurtful that a customer that was trying to get some food had to deal with that kind of attitude. She was very slow and when I was in taking my order. There was VERYYY inappropriate music playing throughout the lobby. There are children that go into the restaurant for lunch/dinner. That is not okay and things should be done about it. Other than that the food was delicious and very well put together. Just very bad customer service, which is unfortunate because when a customer walks into the building the employee should have a smile on their face as they take their order and not glare as a person that is the customer for no reason."

"The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a “fast food” place. Placed an online order for a large fry and large onion ring. Stood at the section for online orders for 30 minutes watching people who placed their order after me come and get their food. It seemed very chaotic so I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt so I finally went up and asked if they had called my order yet. I was told “oh there was some confusion and mix up, what did you get again?” So I asked if they accidentally gave it to someone else? He said “no”. So what exactly was the mix up?! There was no mix up! They just jumped over my order which apparently wasn’t important enough! I then proceed to stand there for another 15 minutes waiting for again, just a fry and onion ring! They finally gave me my order and it was cold and flavorless! So basically they just completely skipped over me and acted like they could care less. I get it can be hectic working in fast food, but at least show some urgency and sympathy for people that are ordering food from you. Absolutely will never stop by here again after doing my shopping! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!"

"Worst service and food I've ever gotten. Waited for 30 minuets for an order with 4 things. Just to get an incomplete order and soggy food. Just drive to the actual BK. Not worth your time or money."

"My mom stopped here to get a quick snack... took her over an hour for her order to be ready. Line was not long. Employees are incompetent and push away customers. Employees work slow on purpose, forget items in the order, and deter potential customers away by telling them long wait times. Whoever manages this franchise is managing it into the ground."
