"Honestly this place is extremely mid. Every time I’ve gotten food it’s been less than good. Nothing inherently wrong but nothing I would ever get again. The staff seems so annoyed at the drive through whenever I’ve come through (typically around 12-1 am as the other places are closed). I get it, I work nights and get bored/tired, but I always put on the customer service face and push through it during that customer interaction. Doesn’t feel worth coming back here again which is unfortunate because it’s 24 hrs"
"After having ordered one of those new chicken wraps. They had completely forgotten to even put the chicken into my wrap. Then when I came in to ask them to make it right. The chicken was hard, dry, and not even warm. Customer service was a little lame too. Just like another day on the job. Overall food was what I was most irritated by and I have officially deleted the app from my phone and will not be purchasing from them anymore."
"I got the Jr bacon cheeseburger meal for lunch, for just over $10 I expected to get a decent burger. This dismal burger is a perfect example how far our food industry has fallen. Posting pictures of this nonsense. I haven't eaten at Jack in the box for years and I feel for the money and quality I'd have done better at the local maverick gas station. And although it's Sunday and I'm the only customer, every table is dirty, the restaurant stinks, and the parking lot is dirty."
"Extremely upset at the service here. Girls night out for my bestie and I for the first time in years (busy working mom life). We decided on Jack and the box for after and ordered 2 munchie meals with the grilled sracked burger. One burger with no tomatoes and add grilled onions, and the other just add grilled onions. And a sml classic popcorn chicken. We were asked to pull into a spot to wait. After waiting for way to long we received our to food only to find missing the popcorn chicken and our burgers were totally wrong. The cheese ad the wrong kind and wasn't even melted, also missing many ingredients. The gal at the window was very nice and explained that the girl cooking gas many complaints for not making things correctly and that she refused to remake our buyers. So I asked for the popcorn chicken (we didnt receive in the first place) and a refund for the just the burgers . We got the the refund for burgers but never got the popcorn chicken."
