"I already heard this, unfortunately with the wrong store, but the first thing that the clerk said to me when I walked up to the counter as whether or not I wanted cigarettes I said no he then proceeded to tell me but they're pretty good. If I wanted cigarettes I would ask for cigarettes I don't need to have cigarettes pushed on me and I certainly hope this isn't what you consider to be appropriate because I'm certainly never going to shop at that store as long as that clerk is there."
"UPDATE to previous review: Well, apparently someone at Jackson's corporate does pay attention to complaints, because the day after I posted my one-star review and submitted a complaint to them, I got a call from the manager of this Extra Mile location. He told me that the decision to refuse exchange was not correct, and was not made by him as he was not there yesterday. He asked me to come in and that he would remedy the situation. I have changed my review to five stars because companies that pay attention to their customers are worth the patronage. Thanks, Jacksons."
"I just went through their carwash, it scratched up my car super bad. When I called to see what they could do for me I kept getting hung up on. If you value your paint job I wouldnt go through this car wash."
