"Went in tonight to make a purchase, and the cashier started leaning away from me when I got to the counter. At the same time I was walking up loading my Jackson's app, because ya know, whole point of the app. The cashier was leaning away because she "doesn't trust people with camera phones" and i turned my p my phone around to show her i was loading my Jackson's app. She then replied "if you lead my life, you'd understand." I don't know this person, they weren't even wearing a name tag, but she was wearing a beanie and glasses. I've worked in customer service for several years, and have never said that to any customer, guest or whatever term the job called for.. Even worked at a gas station. To me, the comment, the very rude gesture, and the "uniform" were so unprofessional. If she wasnt behind the counter, i would have thought she was a customer. She then talked to me like i was inconveniencing her when using the app because there were extra steps to do on my side of the register and im guessing hers. Clearly she's shady and has some shady things going on in her life. So much so shes gonna manage herself thr way she did, and make unnecessary comments, when a customer having their phones out once AGAIN to use the JACKSON'S APP bothers her. I know PM shift doesn't usually have supervisors or leads on, but for this location, I'd consider it. And maybe have a talk with your employee about customer service. Because while it's a gas station, it is still a business."

"Registers are always down. The last two times i stopoed they couldnt take cards. Bathrooms unavailable after midnight. Always friendly staff but they are always stressed, working alone and something is malfunctioning."
