"The register person at 5:20pm in august 12 was beyond rude, she voided entering my Jackson card because I didn’t say anything before she by passed it but she didn’t let me. She was working two registers and acting like I was an inconvenience. I don’t appreciate someone who is in customer service blaming me for something they did! She should have asked if I had a card not just assumed I didn’t. Poor customer service and what’s sad is this is the closest place me to my location. Hope she isn’t around long"

"I have always gone to Jackson's for my convenience. Whether it's Chevron or Shell. Either way the folks who work at these stores are always helpful, kind, and professional. You can tell that even if they don't like their job, they don't show it in the slightest. The store is always sanitary and it's just a great store in general."

"Jacksons is a good place to stop to get a drink and fuel. The generally sell either Shell or Chevron fuel. The generally have higher prices than Maverik. I do like that you can get a gallon of milk for $1.99 which is helpful, especially on holidays. Overall, I am a 2-3 star Jasksons fan, but I am reviewing this individual store and not the chain. This place can get hard to get into during peek hours and dependent upon which direction you're traveling. They don't have many pumps and it's hard to get to them if there is a line. With that being said the customer service has always been stellar and I've never had a bad experience. My 8 year old loves to stop in and get a "cheese hot dog" as she calls them. A clean, clutter free, c-store which is well managed"
