I needed a replacement BOA for my shoes that I could not find anywhere in town, and one of the guys from the shop, went home, took the dials off his own shoes and brought them back to the shop so I could ride. Absolutely over the top customer service. Can not recommend this shop enough."

"We've been frequenting bike shops for decades. We're in our ebike years so our visit was for a tech problem. Frankly I was beside myself with anger that my 6 eweek old bike was not working. The head mechanic (not bad on the eyes) quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Can not say enough about this business. The quality of a business always shows when you have a problem."
