"Such an amazing, locally owned bike shop. I’ve been looking at Specialized bikes online for well over a year. I almost purchased one online, but decided to go into Cafferty’s prior to purchasing - really just to see them in person before pulling the trigger. Truly so glad I made that decision. They were beyond kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They let me test ride the two bikes I was interested in, answered all my questions, and were transparent with pricing. I ended up loving a bike they had, but wanted to make a few adjustments. They were able to make the changes while my partner & I went and grabbed lunch down the street. I left with a bicycle that I absolutely love and I will definitely be back for any bike needs I have in the future!"

"Very kind, very professional. Super willing to help and went the extra mile even though they weren't going to make a lot of money on the transaction. And then carried my bike two blocks away to the car because I had little kids with me. Really appreciated there service."

"I've never bought a nice bike from a bike shop. I've always been one to pick up a $200-$300 bike from Walmart or Fred Meyer and they work okay. I had a friend buy a bike from these guys and raved about how awesome it was. I stopped by with probably a 25% chance of actually buying anything. Just wanted to check it out and see what it would cost. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions that may have been ignorant or ridiculous. The gal showed me everything, but expected nothing out of me. Once I chose the series I liked, she printed off the spec sheets, hi-lighted the differences in trim levels, and encouraged me to go home and think about it. She did not push me to make a decision right away. They let me ride the bike closest to what I was wanting and as soon as I did, I knew I was buying a bike. It was so much better than any bike I've ever owned. Everything worked flawlessly and just felt good with supper high quality. I decided to order a size and trim level up from what I test rode and because of the model years changing, I was able to save a ton on the bike. The bike came in super fast and I picked it up the same day they called. She didn't try and hard sell any accessories to me, but I knew there were a few things I wanted to address. She fitted me for a helmet, got a softer seat, and a water bottle holder. There's definitely a few more things I'll need, but this was a perfect start. When you buy a bike from Cafferty's, they will tune it up for the first year for free and you get at least 10% off accessories for the first 30 days. I'll probably have to be back for the hitch mount carrier. I cannot believe I have driven by this place for 30 years and never been there. I highly recommend them for buying and servicing your bikes. I've heard some rave about the "other guys" in Nampa, but I had such a great experience here, I think I'll be a Cafferty's customer as long as they're around."

"Awesome service! Had both my tubes changed here and the price was fair! My bike runs real good now! I Even stopped by, on a separate occasion, to have them change my pedals and they didn’t even charge me! Amazing small town bike shop - and I’ll certainly be back!"

"Today was my first time at this shop because I am new to cycling. I had new tire inserts installed to help prevent punchers from goat heads and other sharp objects when riding on these Idaho trails. Everyone I had talk to from when I dropped off my tires to when I picked them up were all very knowledgeable, helpful and super nice. This is one local business I will continue to support and the biggest plus was that they were able to get me in and taken care of same day while most bike shops don't offer same day service. These guys rock!"
