"We had a favor to ask Alsco (their dumpsters were too close to our houses). We sent an email on Tuesday, they called me back on Wednesday and by Thursday morning the dumpsters were moved! "Would give zero stars if possible. I'm the GM of a company that uses Alsco services. Very unprofessional people to deal with. Called to have my inventory changed and the guy laughs at me and never changed a thing. I'm being billed for stuff I'm not even receiving so i call again and yet nothing has changed."

"I've been with Alsco for 20 years. The last 5 were nothing short of a nightmare. The GM finally pulled my contract because I wouldn't stop complaining. Robert Roy was more concerned with hiding the problem than fixing it. Service was always excellent but the cleaning quality was subpar. I am now with Diamond Laundry and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Diamond Laundry for uniform services."

"I work for a small family owned business who uses Alsco for many things, the owner realized one day a couple months ago that they had been gravely over charging her. She called the company to get this problem sorted out not knowing how long these over charges had been occurring, while Alsco is no longer over charging this company I work for they are in my eyes retaliating towards the owner by now providing us with garbage quality replacements for the items we use through them. At first I thought maybe it is a bad week but for 8 straight weeks we've gotten mops that are falling apart dust mops that are ratty without any fullness to really get all the bits off the floor. Before my boss had ever made notice of Alsco's mistake of over charging we were provided with quality replacements now we never get quality replacements. Instead of owning up and making a bad moment with this company right they continue to be petty and aggressive. I'm not the owner but I am here most mornings on the Alsco delivery day and last week I was asked to fill out a survey for the driver after looking it over I went to him and told him I wasn't qualified to fill this form out, they wanted it done by the owner, he told me to check the box and say I was the owner.. Luckily I was privy to the issues with this company and knew better then to do what he was asking, I ended up having to write in my own answers to fit because he wasn't leaving without his survey. I didn't want to leave a review for Alsco but realized people should know what they are getting into before contracting them to be your provider the contacts are hard to get out of it takes a long time and in the meantime the company will provide u with the worst items possible. I hope maybe its just our driver and not the company as a whole but regardless our driver represents Alsco and lately its been disheartening to watch such a prominent company treat our mom and pop shop the way they have been. Proffessionalism matters and its sad Alsco hasn't been understanding that."

"A truck hit my car over a month ago and they still haven't paid for damages. Instead they like to harass me a disabled person saying that they will give me $600 and I should take it because I don't have insurance. I have insurance but they hit me. I shouldn't have to pay! Very dishonest and disrespectful business in my opinion. For them to think I am stupid or ignorant because I am disabled and not willing to take their $600 is deplorable in my opinion. The damages are in the thousands. I may be disabled but my head and conscience know right from wrong. In my opinion you are wrong Alsco."
