I spoke to Jake out of the Boise store I believe was his name both times we spoke I mean top-notch customer service. Kept me very informed and made light of an unfortunate situation with the item at hand. Although the product I needed was not available they did everything they could for me."

"I needed a “last minute” Class A custom jacket/coat within a week that required to be shipped directly from the manufacture (nobody carried it in stock). Called several places around the country which all quoted me 3-4 weeks. Uniforms2Gear called the manufacture and had it shipped directly to me. Several members of their staff followed up with me to ensure I would be receiving my item. Great service!!! Nobody else went out of their way to assist me like Uniforms2Gear. Highly recommend this company based on my experience."

"I ordered a pair of work boots that needed to be shipped from the manufacturer. I was told this may take a week or two. After three weeks I never heard from the store. When I called I was told they would find an answer and call me back. Never heard back and called a second time. Same response, same outcome. Finally had to cancel my order and buy the same boots from another place. Extremely poor customer service. Would definitely find another place to shop."
