Walgreens

"I periodically visit this Walgreens just after 8am before I start work at 825am. I work 2 minutes away, across the steet. If I'm stopping at Walgreens before work, I'm usually sick lol. Each time I go, I have to hunt down an employee. I give myself a good 15 minutes, and even though my shopping takes 5 minutes, I'm often nearly late for work due to the time it takes to find someone to help me. Today, I called for an employee, knocked on the office door, and finally abandoned my hand basket at the front. This is pretty bad - just don't waste your time and go to Walmart instead. For additional context, I recently moved all of my prescriptions away from (all) Walgreens, too, due to horrible service."

"There has been significant turnover at this Walgreens pharmacy. They lost their last good pharmacist and pharmacy tech. My family had been filling our prescriptions for approximately 10 years here. This last month was the final straw when there was an issue filling a prescription that we never had before. The worst part was that the pharmacy tech lied numerous times about the reason and refused to let me talk to the pharmacist about it. I even called my insurance company, and they indicated they did not have any issues. This was one of the many excuses the rude pharmacy tech used. She then continued to say it was a HIPPA issue. This had nothing to do with HIPPA, and was another excuse. My doctor's office called in another prescription to another pharmacy, and I asked the other pharmacy to have my prescriptions transferred. Walgreens said they transferred all of my prescriptions. They even closed my account very quickly. Well, apparently, they didn't transfer my prescriptions as they sent a refill request to my PCP for a medication that I didn't request. When I went to fill an inhaler at my new pharmacy, they did not have it on file. I still had refills on it, and the new pharmacy had to call to have the remaining prescriptions transferred over. Walgreens lost good customers. No wonder they are getting negative reviews. It is extremely disappointing and disturbing how unprofessional and unethical the pharmacy staff conduct themselves."

"Worst customer service The lady that works there should not be working there in the pharmacy. I saw her kick one person off front of me and she kicked me out too and I’m in so much pain. I need my medication right now she said no I have to get lunch first they give you your medication. This happened on 0/2/2024 at 1.30 pm, I switched pharmacy. I went back to Walmart Walmart, because that lady is not here about anybody but herself she should not be working. There"
