"The only positive to this company is that the drivers have always been professional and friendly. Customer service through our rep has been awful. Robert never offered any resolution to any of our issues in all the years we have been a customer. They can't account for the items we do and don't have but yet hold us accountable for their mistakes on their billing. We ordered product and received it but yet was billed for much more than what we received. NONE of our items were uniform in the way of how they looked. Items were often received with stains and damaged from them to us to the point that we quit using their laundering service, that we paid for. This way we actually had items to wear since their turn around time with a complaint and returning an item that was correct was so slow. Do yourself a favor and use another uniform service. This one will just give you a headache and leave you with a bill for nothing."
"This place found the connection between excellent customer service and a great product. I am a VERY minor consumer, but felt like I was a $200,000 a year account. If my life ever drifts towards needing anything else from these folks, I will make an excuse and do it! I fully recommend them for your product and service needs."
"Brad is our delivery Driver over @ Roofing Supply Group and does amazong work and we are glad that he is our guy never an issue if we have any questions he always has answers...
