"Online hours are not the store hours beware and don’t try calling before hand to make sure of closed or open because no one answers the phone either, drove all the way there for them to be closed. No posted signs nothing :/ wasted fuel and time."
"Google said they open at 11am got there at 11:30 . They didn't open until 12:27. Plus when we walked in the lady Never said a word to us. I found the prices to be the cost if I was to buy item new. When we walked out she never said anything. She was too busy looking at her tablet that was in her hand."
"I wanted to give this place another chance since they are the closest children's resale store to me. However, she didn't take hardly any of the items I was trading in. I only got $5 for my items. I decided to look around since she mentioned she was overstocked. The prices were comparable to Walmart, where the clothes would be new. I walked out with a bag of clothing, 1 toy, and a child's purse for $39. Probably not worth it to go again. On top of that, the store hours have changed and I waited for 45 minutes to get $5 and most items turned away. It was a big waste of my day."

"This store does have a lot of cute items; however, the quality can be mixed—so definitely plan for lots of time to sort through everything! Prices are fair and it’s fairly organized by size/gender. I’ve found some gems there! However, don’t count on them selling or trading with you, they’ve never been accepting items in the times I’ve visited. Lastly, I was turned off by the fact they didn’t have a changing table available, forcing me to change a diaper in my car. Just seems silly that a baby store wouldn’t have a place for moms to change babies :)"
