"I've never shopped at this store until I was given a gift and needed to return it. This was 11am on Saturday 11/17/23. When I walked in all 3 girls working were sitting on the counter drinking Starbucks and talking. They did not say hi or welcome just looked bothered that I needed assistance. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. There was another customer as well shopping that seemed bothered by the behavior. Then when I found something to purchase again was not greeted and so rude when I asked if she could find the item I needed, she told me she couldn't do that. Needless to say I will not be shopping here ever again."
"I’ve been putting off going into the mall due to the back to school shoppers, but today I had to give in and go exchange my sons pants for a new size. I had ordered them online, and lucky for me returning and exchanging them was a breeze. The ladies working were extremely friendly and helped me get in and out quick!"
