"Pharmacist likes to lie about meds and If she is required to fill a prescription or has to put in some work will throw a fit and lie to get out of it."

"I left the ER yesterday and came to the pharmacy to drop of my prescription for pain medication at 7 (they close at 9). The tech said she would work on the script right away and I could sit and with, I let her know I would go grab some food and come back. I sat in the parking lot for an hr and a half after eating waiting for the text and never got it. I had to suffer in pain all night and all morning waiting. I called when they opened at 9 and it still wasn't started. It's now 13 hrs after I put in the order with kidney stones in so much pain i feel like im dying and now I can pick it up. Unbelievable."

"This pharmacy called to ask if I was picking up a prescription or they would restock it. I explained I never received notice that it was ready and I would be by in the next few days to get it. I show up and they restocked it and now I have to return another time to give them time to fill it again. Very frustrating to a person that doesn’t have a lot of free time."

"This is just for the Pharmacy (Pharmacist) @ 5:02 pm on 3/19/22. My prescriptions were finished at 4:36. I got there at 4:58 and was the last person in line. The car in front of me left at which point I pulled up to be helped even though it was now 2 minutes past closing.. She closed the window. I went inside to talk with the Pharmacist to see why I wasn’t able to get my prescriptions I genuinely needed, one of which was for blood pressure I was out of.. They were already paid for with the card they had on file so all she would’ve had to do was find them and hand them to me. Instead of being a decent human being and a professional, she chose to not help me as I didn’t officially pull up until 5:02. Her response to me was, “you should’ve been here sooner.” First of all, they just finished being filled 22 minutes prior to me showing up at 4:58 and I wasn’t able to pull up until 2 minutes after they closed. And the pharmacist wouldn’t help me.. Unbelievable."

"I would give this pharmacy zero stars if that was a possible option. Went into this pharmacy because the drive through said the pharmacy was closed, yet it was not even 5 pm on a Wednesday. When I go inside there are three people working in the pharmacy and they tell me they are too short staffed. I was in the process of walking out while commenting how ridiculous it was and they were losing my business when a short, masked person comes out from behind the testing area and starts motioning with his arm in a “shooing” motion tell me to just leave, which I was in the process of doing. I then turned around, walked back to him to ask who he was and the unknown individual wouldn’t tell me his name he just tells me he’s the pharmacist. I later found out his name is Jesus and he is the pharmacist at this particular Walgreens. The staff did not offer to transfer my medicine, they simply said sorry. I’ve been getting my medication from this particular pharmacy for going on 8 years and some of the staff didn’t even have to ask my name because I was there a few times a month. In the past 6 months this place has gone downhill fast and has a completely different staff from just a few months ago. I called another Walgreens in an attempt to have the medication transferred, sat on hold for an hour and 10 minutes and then a message comes on asking me to take a survey or I am free to hang up. I didn’t even talk to anyone and then Walgreens ended the call. There is no excuse to deny people the medication they have a prescription for. It is unacceptable and Walgreens has permanently lost my business! Do not, I repeat, do not use Walgreens if you want your medications."
