"Prices are great but because this is a discount store you have to check your items for flaws//damage. Customer service is great when you enter the store, They typically greet you as you enter. Employees are polite at the registers. Dressing room staff can be a little intense but for the most part are polite. I've never had a bad experience. There is no customer service throughout the rest of the store. If you have a large item you have to move it yourself and the carts are too small to move large items. The stores are usually full of merchandise and messy which can make shopping difficult but it is like this at every Ross I have shopped at in every town and state on the western part of the U.S.. I genuinely enjoy shopping at Ross for the value of the name brand products they sell."
