"Terrible customer service! Two employees were taking pictures for their Instagram, while the other staff on the floor was brand new and didn’t know what they were doing. Manager on duty was so rude and seemed annoyed. Awful experience."
"Okay. Went school shopping today. My daughter wanted to use my card and I wasn’t in the store… so she had to come and get me, no big deal. I didn’t have my card so they were able to look up my account using my ID…. Easy right? WRONGGG. spent 45 minutes trying to find my account to no avail. I wanted this to be a rant so bad, but it’s not possible. Idk who the girl was who was helping me and my daughter, but she went above and beyond the ENTIRE 45-50 minutes trying to look up my account, calling customer service multiple times and sitting on hold while we waited. Not one time did she get frustrated, even when I did. She was SO AMAZING!!!! So, thank you. Even when the 800# WAS able to see my account on the other end of the phone but she couldn’t nor were they able to tell her why she wasn’t able to, OR help her, she still smiled. Even after me being frustrated and wanting to leave, she made sure she took care of us, and she did! After trying for so long, we ended up just paying by debit card, which was honestly just fine. To the amazing girl with the tree tattoo on her arm (I think that’s what it was), THANK YOU! GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE AE!!"
"The gentleman working in the fitting room wearing a tie die shirt not only greated me with a smile, he commented on my makeup. On top of that he was so sweet letting me know that they allow breastfeeding and wouldn't discriminate if I didn't have my cover on. As a mother who just had a baby, complementing my appearance is huge. Then to comfort me on a subject such as breastfeeding was very warming and welcoming. Thank you"
