"Everything was a great experience, except checking out! You spend a considerable amount of money on the experience, and then you wait and wait and wait! The checking out experience once we advanced to that stage was phenomenal ! Those ladies know how to take care of their customers! Now, I only hope that management is paying them well because it would be a very big mistake to lose them over a few dollars! BIG MISTAKE!!!"

"I recently ordered some shoes from Torrid's website. Boise has horrible selection for wide width shoes. I had them shipped to the store cause I'm not dealing with these juvenile porch pirates. I am honestly gonna say that this store ALWAYS has the nicest staff. I can come in for just a shoe sizing or just a quickquestion, they are always so nice! Most retail stores should take some training courses from these girls because they are always friendly, courteous and kind. Thank you ladies for always going above and beyond for me and my wide feet. Lol"

"I have a terrific experience shopping today at Torrid. I was greeted by a very friendly sales girl who asked me if she could help me find things. She did- she spent 15 minutes walking around the store while I got to sit in the dressing room and she picked out the clothes that I had indicated I was interested in. She was very helpful with sizing and color choices. And then to top it all off they had 75% off clearance. The only thing that was slightly frustrating was that I did not have as much money as I wanted to spend there."
