"Starting with reservations, purchasing show tickets and needing help with the cable TV issue the staff at Thousand Hills resort was top notch service. Better than a Disney World hotel service."

"The room was decorated very nice & we enjoyed the tranquility & shade of the location, but we could not sit out on the deck. There was another hotel's pool located right behind our cabin, and we could hear all the noise of loud talking, yelling & laughter. It wasn't peaceful or relaxing. Even though it was a log cabin feel, we didn't like seeing holes of daylight coming through several areas of the cabin. Small animals & bugs could easily get inside the cabin & we could also hear the noise from the pool area. The location was close to nearby attractions, but it seemed secluded like you were out in nature, other than the pool noise. There was no lock on the front door other than the keypad. We didn't feel secure in the cabin, especially after the cleaning lady walked right in without announcing herself or knocking. We were disappointed in the services & staff. The cabin wasn't very clean when we arrived. The people in the nearby cabins also seemed very nosey & unfriendly."

It is in the perfect location, right by tanger outlet mall, in the middle of Branson, but tucked back in its own little nook for a peaceful and awesome getaway! I literally can not think of any cons to staying here! The beds are extremely comfortable. The views from the porch are serene. We loved this place! We definitely will be returning customers."

"Beautiful and rustic interior and exterior cabins nestled in the Ozark Mountains. We had plans of leaving the night before our actual check out time of the final morning at 10 am... but we had been enjoying the cabin so much we decided to go ahead and enjoy the final night of the stay. The warm fireplace lit up at night was the icing on the cake. We hope to return again in the future. This was a GREAT idea."

"Heaven on Earth right here! The cabins were beautifully decorated with cowboy type of stuff and even Native American stuff. The beds looked like they were hand carved, just gorgeous! And the beds were super comfy too. We stayed here for a girls trip so the price was not bad at all that way. A mile or even less from the main strip so location was also perfect. Can’t wait to go back!"
