"This is an updated Review, since this Clinic left a reply on my previous post basically telling me I was an "internet bully" for stating my concern over their business. Again, the receptionist is 100% condescending and rude, unempathetic to any needs/concerns. This place is over priced, and doesn't seem to care about the animal's needs over profit. Doctor is rude, and treats the customer like an idiot. Also the room was dirty. Save yourself the time, money and effort and go elsewhere, there are plenty of better options in the area, with much more friendly and compassionate staff."
"Our cat was treated top notch. Handled very gently and taken very good care of by both doctor and nurse. As others have said, very clean facility. That said, $850 dollars for an exam, exray, and diagnoses is pretty extreme. Plus another $160 to put the cat down. Taking every penny you can get over the emotions that people have for their pets is just plain greed."
"The staff is always amazing! They always are friendly and go above for their patients. Dr Straud is amazing and our favorite vet ever. Will only continue to use them due to their compassion and care at all times in our pets lives. We love them!"
"I took my dog in here for the first time a few days ago. They were able to diagnose him with what was going on immediately and get him the help he needed! Last night, we had to do an emergency vet visit due to an injury, and Dr. Lodan came in after hours to help us! He was so kind to Cooper and was very helpful! I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for him in such a short amount of time. We will never go anywhere else for our veterinary care!"
"Update...had to take Brain in again...they were very fast and expedient on the appt. time...very nice.... They took care of Brain our Guinea pig like she was their own! Very polite and great bedside manner... .update...Lill miss brain passed away...they sent a nice card and the dr's called and expressed their condolences...very sweet of them"
