"We loved this place. Lots of space and lots of seating (inside and out) for big family gatherings or big groups. The kitchen was great with 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves and dishwashers! You really just need to bring your food! Totally clean and the beds were comfy. We would love to take our family here sometime."

"This is a beautiful place and so well situated in Branson: close to shows and to Table Rock Lake! We did a multifamily retreat and found it so very comfortable. Everyone had plenty of space the beds were top rate, the kitchen was amazing and well equipped. So many fun things to do in the house: home theater, ping pong, pool...even an indoor swimming pool. The owners were fabulous to work with; accommodating and available. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family or like us, a multifamily event!"

"The place was an Awesome house! we had a church retreat here. October finally brought cooler weather so The indoor pool was lovely! There was plenty of space to meet and eat. Double refrigerators were a nice plus! Walks around the neighborhood with sidewalks and stairs for exercise. We slept wonderfully well on the Brand new beds! We enjoyed it so much we here, hate to leave. We're considering staying here with family soon. ♥️"

"BEDBUGS!!!! If I could choose 0 stars I would. Our church family came here to stay for 3 nights. Each family paid right at 600.00 to stay here. On the first night of our stay 2 family's found bedbugs all over their headboards and in the wooden accent wall, and crawling in their beds. They had bites all over them. They had to leave their rooms and sleep on couch that night. The next morning we contacted someone and told them what had happened. We had pictures of the live bugs and the obvious bites. They acted as if they didn't believe us and only gave us the option for us to all leave and get fully refunded or for the two families that had the bed bugs to stay and sleep on the couches out in the open in front of everyone with no privacy. It was awful! They said they had no other house we could move to. The partial refund they promised ended up only being 200.00 for the two families that had the bugs. This was horrible customer service and such an uncaring response to such a bad experience. We will make sure we tell everyone we know to never stay at this place its ridiculous how this situation was handled. This place made over 5000.00 off of us and could only give a whopping 400.00 back to make this right! Beware DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"BED BUGS!!!!!!The house was beautiful and very nice but upon first night there two of the young couples in our group discovered bed bugs in their rooms and couldn’t stay in them for the remainder of the stay. They had to sleep on couches in the wide open. No other place was offered to move into despite many many other houses on the property. They were told they would get their part refunded but only a small percentage was actually refunded. I understand anyplace could get bed bugs but the reaction was as if they didn’t believe us so I have to say these people are crooks and wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."
