"Poor customer service! I wasn’t even one of their customers, yet my driveway was damaged by their truck leaking huge amounts of fluids that left permanent stains all over, along with the driver driving through part of my yard when they were dropping a dumpster off at my neighbors. Mind you all this was recorded On my Secuirty system and shared with the company. They acknowledged that it was their inexperienced driver who caused this damage. When the office ladies were less than helpful, the owner (Rody Taylor) was far more unprofessional when he cussed me out over the phone and refused to repair the damaged caused to my property. There is a reason this is the only dumpster company in KC that doesn’t have a waiting list, and it’s due to a lack of their leadership’s unprofessionalism. I highly DONT recommend this company!"
