Pizza Hut

"Think I'm gonna give up on you guys. I constantly get pizza that is undercooked when I say well done. when I say light on sauce It's got a lot of sauce on it. The past 3 times I've ordered only one order has been correct."

"I made a complaint about the cooking of my pizza and was told I would get my money back. Have not received my refund. Complained that I didn't receive my refund and was told the store manager would call me. Have not received a phone call. This is unexpected and bad business..... It has been a few months and still no response from management. Guess I will call corporate again. Bad company. Don't waist your money here."

"Our order was accurate, when I had to be placed on hold briefly they Apologized, the staff was nice and friendly upon entering and leaving, and there was the perfect amount of sauce, toppings, and cheese balance. The wings could have had more sauce but still delicious."

"I placed an order online at 4:51pm for delivery. I then received an email that said our food would arrive by 5:25. At 5:45 I attempted several times to call the store for an update, it rang and rang and then disconnected on me each time I called so I drove to the Pizza Hut location. Upon arrival the Pizza Hut was FULL of upset customers. I finally got my turn to speak to the person up front. I told him our order was set for delivery and had not arrived and that I called the store a few times and it kept disconnecting. He said, "Sorry as you can see we are too damn busy to answer the phone right now, and who am I speaking to so I can look up your order". That first of all was super RUDE. After looking my order up, he said its in queue, should be ready soon. I sat there 30 min before I ever got my food and was finally on my way home to feed my family. This experience was an epic fail on many levels. Every time I do business with this Pizza Hut, there is always an issue, either its made wrong, too long or something and have yet to call there and speak to someone who conducted themselves like a Manager. I am always met with rudeness and excuses, never I'm so sorry this happened you, what can we do to make it right? I am done giving chances and will NOT be ordering Pizza Hut again unless I can order from a different location."

"I ordered online and said I wanted my pizza well done and he said well it wasn't on there and he closed it and helped who's next idk who is running this establishment but I I've never been to this location and I will never come back again which sucks cuz I'm right down the street but I refuse to be treated like that I'm spending money I want what I want and paid for. You didn't even offer to fix it Pizza Hut step your game up!"
