"Before hangers was bought by Pride, they were great. Now, not so much. We took in clothes and a comforter set and when we went to pick it up the comforter was nowhere to be found and they said they were looking for it. We’ve called and texted them since to ask for the status and no one has replied. We are stopping by again in person today because we’ve waited for them to contact us back for weeks."
"Lost my husband’s shirt, allegedly wrote down our details, never bothered to call us back or follow up despite my numerous calls. They never offered to reimburse or perform any other service to make up for their error. They also do not keep track of individual items- only the final count of what you turn in to them, so when an item is lost or the return number isn’t correct, good luck trying to remember and describe to them exactly which shirt or item is missing. I do not recommend using this business."
