"When we originally signed up back in July 2023 we told it was $99 a month (for a 10x10 unit)and changed from this amount to $128 a month overnight without explanation. Bill was paid on time every time each month. When we went to pick up our storage it was filthy covered in webs and dead bugs. I will never use Storage Mart again. On the flip side the manager was a very nice person."
"This place is great. 5 stars! Barry E., the property manager is awesome. He helped me get settled in and was extremely knowledgeable on exactly what size unit I needed for my belongings. Barry also does security checks each morning which I thought was really cool. As I was offloading items I watched him diligently make his rounds actually checking the locks on the units!! If you need storage unit get one here at storage mart @blue springs Missouri. Great SAFE place and Barry is good people. Thanks again Barry!! John Tyvela"
