"Apartment: new and good Management team: poor communication Update and Reply to what they say: I didn’t negotiate the rent rate. The thing was two management members said completely different things and they do not acknowledge what they said, making me the one who was ridiculous?? What I was negotiating is move in date and the manager Lily showed no respect and understanding at all. Tried to interrupt me several times while I talking… so many uncomfortable things in conversations, you’ll know if you need to talk to them."

My daughter laments the delayed opening of the pool, but as other features are added, we can share in the excitement as the grill becomes available, the pool table is now open, and the gym equipment (both inside and out) is installed."
