Element Concord Apartments

"They bait and switch you on renovated apartments. The amenities are non-existent in the middle of a freeze. They did not keep the washing machines heated and pipes burst causing damage to the carpet which was not supposed to be in the apartments and I was caused damage and aggravation and no one will respond from management. I do not recommend renting apartments here"

"Warning to all residents of this apartment complex. There is a woman who works there named Shannon. She is a truly sick individual. We were warned about her the night we moved in from some upstairs neighbors that were moving out. Her and her drug addict children tried to BREAK INTO our apartment. Busted out the screens and tried to get into the windows. Police were called and a report was filed. I also have numerous photos and videos of people going into her apartment and coming out with little baggies of drugs. SO many people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Non-stop coughing and gagging sounds coming from her apartment. Definitely an unstable person. - Aside from Shannon... the building/hall carpet was always filthy and there were large black bugs everywhere. Big spider problem. The maintenace guy at the time came into our apartment when we were gone, with zero notice. Black fuzzy mold in the bedroom closet. People smoking crack pipes in the pool area. (I have photos and videos of this all)"

"I’ve lived here off and on for approximately eight years. I have seen two management companies come and go. The current management company is by far the best in every aspect. Staff is always very friendly with a smile. Maintenance service is always timely. The community is the happiest and most friendly I have seen in all my years I’ve been here. If Village Green did not take over the management of this complex, I would not be here today. Now it will take a lot to get me to leave. As I am writing this review currently the main street in front of the complex is being upgraded with sidewalks that are ADA compliant. So anyone that’s wheelchair-bound or that likes to walk this is an extra amenity that adds greatly to this area."

"I have been here for 3 years & we have a new Property Manager Melissa & our Maintenance Manager Bill . Both are so great. Melissa listens to our concerns and Bill is such a fast worker. I appreciated Bill with his cleanliness when taking the old A/C unit out & putting a brand new A/C unit in. So far with the new Management everything is going well & the neighboorhood is polite, welcoming, & friendly. Thank you Melissa and Bill for all that you are doing for the community. :)"

"When I first moved here this was a great place. Then it was sold and everything went downhill fast. Mismanagement instead of management. Managers changed constantly; same with maintenance-horrible. So many tenants moved out. HOWEVER, it's recently been sold yet again. Things seem to be so much better. The office manager, Melissa Mattingly, is always ready and willing to help. She seems to really know the job. I can't say enough good things about her. Bill Kirk, our maintenance man goes above and beyond to make sure that any work is taken care of in a timely manner. He and Melissa are 2 of the nicest people I've met."
