Hamilton Apartments

"im a current resident at the hamilton. if you want a rational review here it is. they should definitely lower the rent and change the way they market this place because youre not going to be too happy. the hall ways smell, the place has a roach infestation, its pricey for the soul fact its not well kept. the first day i moved in back last december i saw a roach. now i see hoards. me calling pest control wont do much because they are in the walls. i used to work for a company called rottler. i never did pc at the Hamilton but one time my coworker told me there was a huge infestation on the 5th floor once he found out that i lived here. the biggest issue is the roaches. they are literally in piles by the back parking lot door at around 3am when i get off. its just wild to me how mac properties is able to buy all these buildings when they cant even keep up with one. they should stick to a core group of buildings focus on those and sell the rest. because they clearly do not care about the living conditions of their tenants. their cleaning services are fine tho. (the ones they hire, 3rd party) they do a great job on cleaning. but they cant prevent the mildew and roach problem. so the building ends up stinking anyway. im not a very negative person. but this place is somewhere u want to live if youre looking for something timely and efficient. not if youre looking for luxury which i thought it would be nice but its not. its honestly beyond mid. its bad. i would give it one star. but clay does his work quick, easy, and responsive. thanks clay. but screw mac as a whole. also i see alot of updates on this place (mac properties) @kctenants. its bad, no bueno."

"The apartment overall has been decent, with the exception that the windows don't open because the ac units are fixed in place. AJ, who does maintainence for the building, has been awesome on any of the requests we have submitted and is always fast and goes out of his way to make the apartment nicer. Thanks AJ!"

"We just recently moved into the Hamilton and I wanted to mention A.J. specifically in the maintenance staff. He fixed our shower and did such a great job. He was very friendly and helpful. He clearly knows exactly what he is doing and takes pride in helping the residents love their home! If you ever need someone from maintenance request for A.J, he is great!"

"There are roaches. The elevator is broken for days on end without being fixed and I live on the sixth floor. Not to mention the time I got stuck in the elevator! The laundry machines are frequently broken and for the past several days the heat has been out. We have had several instances of fellow residents and even members of the maintenance staff enter our home unannounced. A man was apprehended in the lobby the first week we were here. Sorely overpriced for an apartment with such awful management."

"My boyfriend and I have been here for about a year, and over that course of time our opinion of this building has steadily declined. Management is incredibly slow to respond to various needs, including having a broken air conditioner in the summer! Laundry machines are routinely out of order, with roughly 50% down at any given time. And then there's the bed bug issue..."
